So, how much does it cost, really?

It's free, seriously. We charge an hourly rate for any custom reports you need added to your dashboard. This rate depends on the scope of the project.

Is Shoppy Bot available for other ecommerce platforms besides Shopify?

Yes, on a per-need basis. We have beta integrations with several other retail service providers, so please get in touch with us to let us know what you need.

Where can I see a list of all available reports?

Right here, as a matter of fact. (Also, through the Help link in the dashboard).

I have thousands of products, will Shoppy Bot still work for me?

Yes, any product-related reports should work fine for stores with up to 10,000 products. If your store has more than 10,000 products, please give us a call.

How do I request a custom report?

You can fill out the custom report form available in the dashboard, or get in touch with us via email or phone.

Is Shoppy Bot secure?

Yes. While it is necessary for us to store some of your Shopify data in order to run reports, we do so on secured servers in Amazon’s AWS cloud. All connections to and from these servers are encrypted using industry best practices.

As per the Shopify Partner Policy, we delete all of your Shopify data when you deactivate your Shoppy Bot account.
